Standard Texas Holdem Tournament Rules Each poker tournament has its own set of rules that will govern play. Whether you're playing in your own local card room or stepping up to the World Series of Poker, the tournament rules will be prepared by the Tournament Director beforehand and posted/distributed for all to see.
In order to ensure the integrity of all games in the Live! Poker Room, no language in any form other than verbalized English may be used while gaming in the Live! Management reserves the right to exclude anyone, whether a player or an observer, from the Poker Room for violating this requirement. Players are responsible to check in and out at the Brush Stand if.

Poker Tournaments Rules In order to keep the game flowing properly, there are some rules that are specific to poker tournaments that you need to know before playing. The most important rule is with the blinds. Unlike with cash games, the blinds at poker tournaments increase after a set number of minutes.

Limit Hold ‘Em, No Limit Hold ‘Em, Limit Omaha High/Low and Pot Limit Omaha are all offered and seven other games can be spread. Players will earn $.50 per hour mycash and 20 tier points hourly.

Noon Sundays - 8 p.m. Fridays in March
Win $500 with a four of a kind! Each four of a kind will be seeded with $500 on Friday.

Any four of a kind that does not hit in the week will roll over to the following Sunday. Must be a pocket pair and hands may only be hit once a week.

Tournament Begins: 7:30 p.m.

Get 1,000 extra chips for registering 1 hour before the tournament starts.

Get 2,000 extra chips for 2 hours of live play before the tournament.

THURSDAYS

Earn 2,000 in extra tournament chips plus $25 off your entry fee when you play on a live game for two hours before the 4 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday tournaments.

SATURDAY TOURNAMENTS

Buy-in: $150 for a starting stack of 7,000 in chips.
